If you desire to be a professional cheese maker or want to start up a cheese making business then you need to sign-up for our course. We offer a 18 month cheese maker course – 12 months study and 6 months apprenticeship at local approved employers(paid/unpaid)
Curriculum includes lab testing, production, business controls training, etc.
Tests will be done online and some practical tests, like pH meter etc you will need access to either your own equipment or with a nearby university or production facility to use theirs and have the procedure video taped. You will have to make a variety of cheeses and give full report on method, recipe, milk etc. for this you will need access to buy cheese making ingredients, like rennet, culture, etc in your country or area. This is for your own account and time to source.
Full curriculum will be provided on sign-up:
- $1200 access to online training material, webinars, etc.
- $600 for all exams/student in 12 months
- Students must complete 6 months of combined, paid/unpaid, apprenticeship at employer that is approved by the Dairy Academy.
- $150 Graduation Pack/student (posted anywhere in world incl Dairy Academy Stamped Diploma, Cheese trier and more)
